What is the difference between a Red Seal and a provincial C of Q?
A provincial Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) qualifies an electrician to work in BC. A Red Seal endorsement means that C of Q has been verified nationally, allowing the electrician to work across Canada without additional testing.
Can I hire an apprentice electrician without a journeyman on site?
