Quantus obtains a clearance letter directly from WorkSafeBC at onboarding. The verified coverage status is shown on every profile before you reach out.

What does Quantus cost?
Quantus is currently free for all employers during our British Columbia launch — unlimited job posts and applications. Once paid tiers go live, employer plans start at $19.99/month, with a free tier always available for lighter hiring. See the pricing page for the full tier breakdown.
How quickly can I hire?
Once Quantus launches in your area, you can post a job or invite specific tradespeople the same day. Tradespeople apply, you review profiles and credentials, and you contract directly. No agency in the middle.
What happens if a tradesperson's credentials change after I hire them?
Quantus re-verifies credentials on a schedule. If a certification expires, an insurance policy lapses, or a profile fails re-verification, the tradesperson is flagged and removed from active search until resolved. You're notified about any tradesperson you've previously hired whose status changes.
Can I hire the same tradesperson again?
Yes. Build a private roster of tradespeople you've worked with and invite them directly to future jobs.
Do I have to use Quantus for the contract and payment?
No. Quantus connects you with verified tradespeople and tracks timesheets, approvals, and basic project workflow. The contract and payment are between you and the tradesperson directly — Quantus never takes a cut.
What's verified vs. self-reported?
Trade certification, liability insurance, and WorkSafeBC coverage are verified directly by Quantus. Trade specialty (residential, commercial, industrial) is self-declared by the tradesperson and shown on their profile.
